- Residential certificate ka hona bahut jaruri hai, vyakti ka us rajya ka nivasi hona jaruri hai, jahan par wah income certificate banwana chah rha hai.
- Gram Pardhan ya Patwari ke dwara signature ki hui report.
- Address Proof jaise- Passport, Votor Id, Aadhar card, Registered rent agreement, Bank pass book.
- Identity Proof jaise- Votor ID, Aadhaar card, Driving license, Passport.
- Proof of Date of birth jaise- Birth certificate, School leaving certificate, Passport, Pan card.
Online Income Certificate apply karne ka tarika kya hai ?
1.Sabse pahle aapko apne state ki e-district ki website pe jana hoga jaise aap Uttar Pradesh ke rahne wale hai, to aise mein aapko E- district Uttar Pradesh ki website par jana hoga. weibsite ki linkh ye hai http://edistrict.up.nic.in/index2-en.aspx . Yaha se aapko Application form download karna hoga.
2. Form Download kar lene ke baad aapko isko acchi tarah se puri sahi jankari ke sath bharna hoga.
3. Jab aap yah Income certificate bhar le, to isko aap apne village ke Gram Pardhan ya to City ke Parshad se verify karva le.
4. Is Form ko village ke patwari se bhi verify karva le.
5. In sabhi ko pura karne ke baad ab aapko apne area ke CSC ( Common service center) jana hoga. Apna Common service center jaane ke liye yaha click kare. Service center.
6. Common service center mein jana hoga waha ke operator par baithe vyakti ko apne income certificate banwane ke bare mein batana hoga, uske kahne ke anusar aapko apne document ki copy deni hogi.
7.Common service center par baitha operator aapke dwara di gyi jankari ke anusar apke document ki sari janakri online fiil up karega aur aapko ek CIDR ID generate kar ek dega.
8. Service center par baitha operator aapke dwara diye gye document ko scan kar usko online upload kar dega.
9. Operator ke dwara fill kiya gya aapka online form aur scan document upload ho jane aur form se sambandhit sari jankari fill kar dene ke baad aab aapka form online hi tehsildar ya nayab tehshildar ke bhej diya jayega.
10. Apke form ki rasid (receipt) aapko operator dwara di jayegi.
11. Nayab tehsildar ke paas online bheje gaye aapko income certificate form aur document ko wah acchi tarah se check karega yadi aapke form mein koi kami pai jaati hai, to aise men Common service center ke dwara aapko message karke soochit kiya jayega.
12. Yadi aapke dwara di gayi sabhi jankari aur form ke sath diye gaye sabhi document sahi paye jaate hai, to in form aur document ke aadhaar par aapke area ka tehshil dar aapka Online Income Certificate jaari kar usme apne Electronic signature karega.
13. Aapka Income Certificate taiyar ho jane ke baad aapke area ke Common service center mein bhej diya jayega jiski soochna aapko apke registered mobile number par de di jayegi.
14. Ab aap apna Income Certificate Common service center mein jaa kar le sakte hai.
Income Certificate ko banwane mein kam se kam 1 hafte lag sakte hai, Yadi in 1 hafte ke bhitar aapko koi jankari nahi milti hai, to aise mein aap apne area ke Common service center ja kar iske bare mein janakri le sakte hai.
